Ten Bears Environmental Associates Co. has been approved by State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Restoration Section (RS) to perform consulting services for Delaware Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) projects. This certification covers all phases of HSCA enforcement, Brownfield and VCP projects, from initial investigation through remedial action oversight. While similar program-specific certifications are not required in Maryland, Ten Bears maintains professional engineer registration in MD. Two of Ten Bears full-time registered professionals have attended the requisite training and are eligible to perform Act II and similar evaluations in Pennsylvania.

Ten Bears also maintains a Certificate of Authorization from the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers to offer engineering services in Delaware. Ten Bears is also approved/listed as eligible to perform Infiltration Evaluations of Storm Water Ponds for New Castle County, Department of Land Use.

Ten Bears employs a full-time Professional Engineer holding registrations in DE, MD, and NJ. Ten Bears also employs a full-time Professional Geologist holding registration in DE.
